Subprocessors
Current operational subprocessors used to provide Nimloth hosting, database runtime, AI features, billing, and transactional email where configured.
Current operational providers
Nimloth uses the following providers to deliver the service. Actual use can depend on customer configuration, enabled features, deployment environment, and signed contractual terms.
- Netlify: Web hosting and web runtime for the customer-facing Nimloth web application.
- Fly.io: Core application hosting for server-side product and operational runtime.
- PostgreSQL database provider/runtime as configured: Persistent application, account, job, candidate, billing, and audit data storage.
- OpenAI: AI provider for configured AI features where provider-backed execution is enabled.
- Stripe: Billing and payment processing.
- Resend: Transactional email where configured, including operational email delivery paths.
AI provider note
OpenAI is used only for configured AI features. Nimloth uses task-specific data minimization and validates AI output before it is used in the product.
