Subprocessors

These companies may help Nimloth provide hosting, data storage, AI features, payments, and email, depending on the services a customer uses.

Current operational providers

Nimloth uses the following providers to deliver the service. Actual use can depend on customer configuration, enabled features, deployment environment, and signed contractual terms.

  • Netlify: Web hosting and web runtime for the customer-facing Nimloth web application.
  • Fly.io: Core application hosting for server-side product and operational runtime.
  • PostgreSQL database provider/runtime as configured: Persistent application, account, job, candidate, billing, and audit data storage.
  • OpenAI: AI provider for configured AI features where provider-backed execution is enabled.
  • Stripe: Billing and payment processing.
  • Resend: Transactional email where configured, including operational email delivery paths.

AI provider note

OpenAI is used only for configured AI features. Nimloth uses task-specific data minimization and validates AI output before it is used in the product.
