These Legal Terms govern access to and use of the Nimloth platform (Nimloth, we, us, our). By accessing or using Nimloth, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Nimloth is a structured decision-support platform designed to assist organizations in recruitment processes. Nimloth does not replace human judgment and does not make automated hiring decisions.

Nimloth provides:

• Structured job definition tools (Page 0)
• Modular candidate submissions
• Analytical support tools
• Review assistance for hiring teams

Nimloth does not:

• Make binding employment decisions
• Guarantee hiring outcomes
• Provide legal advice
• Provide automated ranking or scoring systems

All hiring decisions remain solely the responsibility of the hiring organization.

3.1 Data Controller: The organization using Nimloth is the data controller for candidate personal data submitted during recruitment.

3.2 Nimloth as Processor: Where applicable, Nimloth acts as a data processor and processes personal data strictly under documented instructions from the organization.

All software, system design, documentation, and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of Nimloth unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Organizations retain ownership of job descriptions, candidate submissions, and organizational configuration data.

Nimloth provides analytical assistance only. Nimloth shall not be liable for hiring decisions, employment disputes, or organizational outcomes arising from platform use. Liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Nimloth aims to provide high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and technical interruptions may occur.

Nimloth may update these terms as required by legal, operational, or regulatory developments. Material changes will be communicated where required.
